I possess a comprehensive understanding of the insurance sector, built from a foundation in agency environments encompassing call centers, claims processing, underwriting, and marketing.
Throughout my career, I've consistently analyzed learning requirements, designed engaging and effective training solutions, and improved employee performance. My expertise lies in leveraging instructional design principles and a variety of learning technologies to create impactful learning experiences.
Holding licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance, along with a Master's Degree in Instructional Design & Performance Technology, I am committed to driving learning excellence and organizational success.
